2. Design & Specification

Choose from five different design packages
  • Assigning a design principal to realise your vision and dreams.
  • Collaborating with the implementation team with regular reviews during the design process to ensure most cost effective construction
  • Assessing scope for waste minimisation of resources and time
  • Internal peer reviewing as part of the design process.
  • Liaising with the other parties involved including local councils (if required) and working with specialists/consultants where appropriate, to maximise outcomes on site.
  • Documenting your vision into design concept document.

3. Cost Advice and Value Engineering

Each project is carefully “Value engineered” by our project estimators to make sure you receive the best value

 

  • Working within the design specifications to ensure the design and your budget are aligned.

  • Agreeing the contract price, scope and timetable

 


4. Manage

Project management using proven methodology
  • One of our Project managers manages all activities to ensure hassle free on time delivery, the same manager will work with you from start to finish to ensure there is a clear understanding of your needs and goals.
  • Early procurement of materials/manufacturing of joinery and other key elements - ensuring value, quality and availability to meet you desired timeline
  • Familiarising the construction team with the designer and the design process to ensure there is tight team delivery 
  • Sharing lessons learnt during site preparation with the head contractor
